Clinics and Hospitals

The Carmacks Health Centre provides comprehensive primary care services to residents of Carmacks and the surrounding region. A visiting physician provides scheduled outreach clinics, direct and indirect patient care, chronic disease management, preventative care, care coordination, review of diagnostic results, and collaboration with Community Nursing staff to support continuity of care. Services are delivered in accordance with the scope outlined by Yukon Health and Social Services.
