About the Practice

This is a full-scope, community Family Medicine practice with a diverse and rewarding patient population. The panel reflects a true cross-section of the community — young and older adults, families, children, Indigenous and non-Indigenous patients — making for a varied and meaningful typical day in clinic. No two days are the same, and the work is engaging and relationship-based.

The practice has been thoughtfully maintained, with:

• Fully up-to-date patient charts
• All records on EMR
• A well-organized and established patient panel
• A collegial clinic environment

Clinic Setup & Flexibility

• Currently have access to clinic space 2 days per week, with the option to expand.
• There is flexibility regarding which days of the week you practice.
• Ideal for someone who values balance or has other professional commitments.

There is no equipment that needs to be purchased. The incoming physician would:

• Join the current clinic (no cost to join)
• Pay clinic rent
• Contribute to EMR costs
• Benefit from generous overhead support (see below)

Remuneration

• Currently Fee-for-Service (FFS)
• Generous overhead support of $72,000 per year
• Eligible for the new MOA Longitudinal Family Medicine Program, including:
  • Access to indirect billing hours
  • $25,000 per year panel payment

FFS earnings will vary depending on clinical schedule and scope. Current earnings are combined with other professional activities; more detailed clinic-day averages can be provided upon discussion.

• Looking for a physician interested in a transition within the next 1–2 years, allowing for a smooth and supportive handover.
